STEP Consulting Centre held a meeting regarding regional business development of the Gazprombank Joint-Stock Bank (CJSC). 45 bank officials representing all management levels participated in the meeting:
The meeting became an important step in making a conceptual design for the Bank's regional business development. Based on the results of the meeting, STEP's experts arranged the data on regional network development strategies which were essential for the Bank management in critical decision-making. Management Board of the Bank has as well received the experts' feedback and advice with regard to the managers of branch offices. Such information was of high importance in terms of successful business strategy implementation. Extensive exchange of opinions, determination of branch managers' standing on the issue of the Bank's regional development strategy, as well as coordination of participants' views on many items discussed became an impressive outcome of the work performed by the STEP Consulting Centre. We recommend the STEP Consulting Centre as a professional business management team who handle assigned tasks at a high level and in due time.
